It has the 30 amp rv style plug. I don't use ac so I cannot Comment on that aspect, but the fuel economy is unbelievable, and the noise level more than acceptable. I use it mainly for battery charging and it easily runs the 200 amps total of charging all while I make coffee or use my Cook top (so far either or a 600 watt coffee maker, hotplate or 700 watt microwave). I am on my 14th hour on my first tank of gas correction, the aps 2012 charging will not come on when connected to this generator kinda off topic but I have had 2 aps 2012 units over the years and they have both been picky with generators, 3-4 different styles of generators.. so long story short when I am using My coffee pot, gridler microwave etc in the morning I am only charging about 95 amps.Re: Ram 1500 - 12v power to trailerspat solenoid=spst. Smartphone keyboard giant thumbs etc.Re: Ram 1500 - 12v power to trailerI have a 400 ah agm battery pack, and my TV has a 130a alternator. I ran 4 Ga from the under hood area to the rear bumper and installed Anderson 175a connectors. There is another 4 Ga duplex wire attached to the trailer (recycled jumper cables) on each end is a 100a breaker and under hood is a 120a spat solenoid activated by ignition on. Its not a true battery isolator, but, it is an established method of keeping the starting battery from dying.. I have not installed the shunt and ammeter in this setup yet, so, I cannot quote the actual amps casual observations suggests however the charge is massive.Re: 3000W Chinese Gensets Info.I just bought one of the #46598 3500/4000 champion gensets at tractor supply for 299.99 on sale. First Hand ReportI am using 980 watts on an all electric rig, electric fridge Cook top etc. This charges a 400 amp hr AGM battery pack. The battery pack reaches saturation on most days mostly due to the very high charge acceptance rate of the agms . A vintage DC ammeter I installed will show as much as 70 amps. The panels are flat and fixed and the size was chosen by available roof space 7X14 feet.
