Need a spot near Redondo Beach
Hi all, I do commercial solar projects in So Cal, I have a job starting next week in Redondo Beach and right now I'm in Lake Elsinore, too far to commute daily. I need a place that will accept an older small "vintage" trailer (16'1968 KenCraft)and a tent I use for storage. Duration will probably be 2-3 months so most campgrounds are out. RV parks typically won't take the older trailer. I am willing to commute up to 25 miles and don't care about being near a beach, inland is fine. Any ideas ? I am in construction, solar electric. I was spending so much time commuting all over So Cal that I started tent camping a few years ago, moved up to a small "vintage" tt and am now looking at either a larger trailer or class c. I gave up my apartment in July as it was just storage at that point. So yea, I guess I'm a full time nomad following the work. My g/f says "hobo" but I prefer nomad ;) There are issues with things that must be done by snail mail and a few other challenges but for the most part it's a great life. Oh and I do stay for free where I'm at now because let's face it, there isn't an RV park anywhere that doesn't need an electrician :)464Views0likes0Comments
