We normally put the clear white ones on. My concern is the black will restrict light coming into the bathrooms and bedroom and also conduct more heat. For the ones who have black, what's your thoughts on my concerns. ThanksRe: Fuel 305 Toy HaulerThis searching for a replacement trailer is tiring work! We went back out today and found a Torque T322 (new floorplan) that we really liked. It felt higher end than others we've looked at. Separate garage was nice with a 1/2 bath. But the half bath cut into the garage space. 5500 onan gen with 2nd AC, outdoor kitchen area that I like so he can cook bacon outside. ;) ANY TORQUE owners out there that can give me the pro/cons of your trailer/5th wheel.Re: 5500 Onan GeneratorHe did check the oil level and it was fine. He just ordered the SeaFoam, so we'll give that a try. Thanks for all your input!Re: Fuel 305 Toy HaulerWith the length of the Maverick and RZR we'd need a 20' garage and a new truck to pull that size a trailer. Trust me, I'd rather have a 5th wheel as we have a nice Fuzion that is paid off.5500 Onan GeneratorOur generator is causing us some grief. One time you'll start it and it runs fine. Another time it will run very rough. Other times, it starts out running fine and then all of a sudden it dies. Any suggestions on cause and a fix? UPDATE: After it dies, you have to let it set for 15+ minutes before it will start back up and then it runs fine.Fuel 305 Toy HaulerWe currently have a Fuzion 315 5th wheel, but recently bought 2 UTV's, which doesn't fit in our garage. So we are looking to sale it to buy a tow behind toy hauler. So far we are liking the Heartland Fuel 305. Do any of you have this toy hauler? If so, what's your opinion on it?Re: Fuzion Frame FailureWe have 2 ATV's both weight about 800lbs each, so definitely not overloading the trailer. Just so upsetting to be having frame issues. I'm thinking the underbelly needs to be dropped to inspect the entire under structure. :(Fuzion Frame Failure2012 Fuzion Model 315: Last year we had a frame issue where the spring perch attaches to the frame. The frame rolled because the support to the frame broke cause the center perch to bend into the center of the trailer. This was repaired. THIS YEAR, it appears that the extensions coming from the frame to the outside of the trailer that supports the flooring/walls some of the welds have broke on the frame. From what the shop is telling us, but they will do some more checking on our issue, the frame is too light for the weight of the trailer and toys it carries. QUESTION: Have any of you had similar issues?Re: Fuzion Black End-CapEND CAP UPDATE: We took our Fuzion to the dealer yesterday. The service advisor said that they have another one in for the same oxidation problem. We wanted to make sure he knew we wax the cap and the problem comes back. He said waxing/buffing is not the answer, that it needs to be repainted. They have repainted others with the same problem. So looks like we'll get ours repainted to remedy the issue. We really like the look of the black end cap, but thinking maybe we should do light gray or white. Thinking a lighter color will absorb less heat, resulting in a cooler bedroom.Re: Fuzion Black End-CapWhat color did you have your end-cap repainted? We'll be taking ours in within the next 2 weeks.
