Coating on all black Hydraulic lines flaking off
Has anyone had this happen to them? All my Black hydraulic lines going to either the slides or 6 point level system the coating of plastic is falling off. My orange lines, which are the extend ones are looking good. But the black which are the retract lines are falling apart and showing the white fibers. Its a 2014 Montana. Thanks for all the answers, Will have to do the math. Looks like it is possible with the right coach. OF course the salesman are trying to tell me that I need the newest coach with the new Ford V8. Anyone towing a Jeep Grand Cherokee (Trailhawk) with a gasser? My Jeep weighs almost 5k and was wondering how a Gas Class A would tow. Could someone tell me advantages or disadvantages of Power Gear system vs leveling Jack system. Went to look at 07 Monaco and I'm only familiar with leveling jacks. This coach did not have jacks and leveled with the air bag system. It did have 10 airbags that were replaced three years ago with better bags. Are there limits to the leveling of these? So would a newer gas class A ride better or worse than a 2015 Gmc dually with a 5th wheel. Fifth wheel sits on a BD3 hitch, which has airbags and shocks on it. Hello All, Coming from a Fifth wheel and looking into a Class A. How are they in the freezing temps? My son has moved to CO from FL. and I am trying to convince wife we would be better in a class A vs our fifth wheel. I would be looking for an older Class A diesel. My sons moving to Broomfield, CO. next month and we are thinking of taking camper from FL to CO in late December. Never camped in cold weather before. Our RV is a Montana 2014 3625RE, do have dual pane windows, How good are these in the cold weather? Seems that area gets 40 to 20 Degree weather that time of the year. Wanna take camper so I can take my dogs. Found a park open all year. Prospect RV park in Wheat Ridge CO.
