I also have a 1 1/2 qt crockette. I love that little guy. There are lots of recipes for the crockette. Around Christmas time WalMart sells them cheap. Like under $12.00. I can make beef stew in the crockette for the two of us, but it is especially good for vegetable dishes. It does not burn or boil like the biggers crocks do. PRE HEAT the oven temperature you desire. You can hear it shut off when it is heated. 2. Once it is preheated HIT CONVEC and put in the temperature again. 3. Put in the length of time you want your item to bake 4. Put your item in the oven on the rack to bake 5. Shut the door and HIT START Now I don't lower the temperature but I do shorten the cooking time, by 5 to 10 minutes.Re: Weight Watcher RecipesYou both have great loses for the first week. If you don't like the Points Plus system just follow the old system of points. I know many old recipes don't have the complete nutrition information you need for points plus. You can figure nutrition the old fashion way from the label on the box/can of food item you use. Add em up and divide by the servings. You also can buy a paper back book that will give you the nutrition. The Calorie King is a good one. 300 pages of info. including info on fast food chains and restaurants Ann
