When it fails, it typically sticks open so that there is a direct opening to the gray tank and can really smell. Best bet is just to replace it... it's cheap and easy to installed and can be purchased at Home Depot, Lowes or even on line at Amazon.Re: sewer hoseGet a macerator system.Re: Towing four wheels down behind a class a motorhomeWhat year? 4WD, AWD, FWD? What motor? What transmission? Go to remcotowingcom and put in the info.Re: advice on a 2010 Tiffin ZephyrOr, many of the tiffinrvnetwork people also are on the Tiffin facebook page and you will get a much faster (but not necessarily better) answer to your question.Re: Roadside ServiceKeep in mind, they all use the same service companies and that is usually where the problem lies.Re: Best weight distributing hitch with a sway controlOk, you used the word "BEST". That narrows it down to two units. Hensley Arrow or Pro Pride. Dropping down to "BETTER" narrows it down to three units: Equil-i-zer, Reese Dual Cam, or Blue Ox Sway Pro Dropping even further down to "GOOD" is any of the el-cheapo units that require a separate sway control bar.Re: Towing a 4cyl Equinox 4 down All I could afford wrote: “This modification applies only to those vehicles with the electronic transmissions. The 6 cyl vehicles have hydraulic trannies” Just a clarification, do you mean electronic power steering versus the hydraulic power steering in the six-cylinder model? bullydogs1 on 12/14/17 02:08pm Gm says power is needed for the electric steering. The electric steering is what causes the death wobble and you have to stop for it to reset...Jeep Cherokee and Grand Cherokee had this and supposedly you have to spring for a new wire harness...Hopefully they will get it straightened out by next year. Meanwhile my Saturn is just dandy...I think I'll be keeping it longer... Bullydogs is correct.Re: I want a Sat system TheLuvShack wrote: Dish For My RV is a real PIA. Dish customer service is terrible! I always need to call customer service more than once to start service, stop service or program local channels. You know that DISH has a Chat Line on their website, don't you? It is MUCH easier to get info, change locations, tech service...etc. than getting that guy from India/Philippines on the phone to understand what you need/want. I have always found excellent service in a very timely manner by this method.Re: FMCA offers new Verizon Data Plan jcpainter wrote: lanerd wrote: Question. What distance can you be from the hot spot and still get service? Ron Depends on your settings. You will get further distance with the hotspot set to broadcast WiFi at 2.4Ghz but will have a stronger WiFi broadcast (usually faster speeds) with the WiFi set to broadcast at 5Ghz. If ANY of the devices you are connecting to the hotspot are not capable of 5Ghz communication, you will need to set the hotspot to broadcast at 2.4. Can you approximate the distance in feet for each setting?Re: FMCA offers new Verizon Data PlanQuestion. What distance can you be from the hot spot and still get service? Ron
