When I get my own trailer, I'll likely install a wired unit and tie it into my existing truck screen (GM lockpick allows additional camera feeds to the OEM display). Not positive about outdoor kitchen on all of these, but since we're looking for almost the exact same thing...... The outdoor stove is an option on the Rockwood for sure.
