They are junk.Re: 2013 shadow cruiser poor quality customer serviceThe list of people having had problems with Shadow Cruisers is growing. I'm sorry about your troubles, you are not alone. I sent mine back and got a refund on my 280QBS.Re: Shadow Cruiser 260-BHS vs Passport 2650BHWEI' had a Shadow Cruiser, it was junk and I returned it. I have seen a ton of threads on here about Shadow Cruiser and their poor quality. Sounds as though the rest of Cruiser RV is generally ok, but stay away from Shadow Cruiser. (I know from experience-sent mine back). That is a hasty generalization. A few problems out of many thousands of RVs sold is nothing to draw such a dramatic conclusion on, especially since you are not factoring problems reported with other brands of trailers. They all have issues. My S-280QBS is about a year and a half old now and it has been absolutely flawless. I wouldn't say it's hasty...but it is a generalization. I speak from personal experience, I have owned one. It seems as though there have been more threads/posts lately about shoddy Shadow Cruisers. Glad yours is good.Re: New recall for Keystone Passport and Bullet ownersAny idea on years?Re: Shadow Cruiser S280QBS Axle/Tire/Propane/slide out issuesPeople who are always asking which trailers are the best/worst...need to read this thread. The fan in the auto position was most likely the reason.Re: Passport Trailers by Keystone RVI have a new Passport and I can't complain. It's lightweight, has the wide axles and tows nicely. I have noticed here and there some minor details that need touching up, but for the most part we are very happy with it.Re: RV manufacturesI would read this forum regularly and you will see patterns. For the most part they all have good ones and bad ones. I have owned a Thor (Aerolite Cub), Cruiser RV (Shadow Cruiser), and a Keystone (Passport). Cruiser RV is terrible. You can see an axle problem thread just above this one. Good luck.Re: Any Shadow Cruiser 290DBS owners out there?I sent my Shadow Cruiser back. I wouldn't consider buying another one and I tell every one that asks to not buy one as well. Search under 280QBS.
