Your not alone with the lousy service from Good Sam roadside assistance. I had a nail in my tire of my fifth wheel and phoned in a service call, 6 hours later I had someone show up after I was told the original service provider cancelled and they were trying to find someone to come out. I not GOOD SAM made many phone inquiries back to them to get an update on when I would have someone out for a tire repair. This is not rocket science just a tire repair. I had to cancel hotel reservations that were made on my trip down south and stop at a tire dealer the next day. Service from GOOD SAM sucks and is incompetent. I would not recommend this company to anyone if they want to feel comfortable with roadside assistance. I was told my complaint was being addressed however this seems to be nothing more than lip service. Good Sam road side assistance is useless and a total waste of money, cannot wait to go back to CAA/AAA.0Views0likes0CommentsHot water just stopped flowing
Can anyone suggest what may be the problem with my hot water system.The hot water tank is working in that it has water and it is hot, the problem is the water has stopped flowing from the tank to the taps. I am thinking about buying a new 5th wheel in the U.S. or a unit that is a year or two old. Would anyone have info on what is required for new and used units being imported into Canada ?
