I would go to 501 (3rd exit in SC NOT the first at SOTB and take to rt22 then into MB for the travel park. You'll pass where we just bought a new house in Conway...love SC can't wait to leave the Vampire state of NYRe: Install new tires/grease bearings by self?I agree...properly packed a bearing should not need repacking for at least 30K miles. I for one do my own work having been in the business years ago and have never had a failed bearing no matter the origin. Someone here has had 3 set fail doing their own work because they don't trust anyone else.Re: Honda RidgelineGet a real truckRe: Lippert Never Fail Bushings Is Lippert Using Them At FactoryPer the factory rep...NO...they are replacement or upgrade parts. Maybe they do if the rv manufacturer specs them but as of September none were per the repRe: Is it ok to camper plugged in all the time?Mine have been plugged in for 30 years with no issuesRe: New Cougar - Furnace wont heat above 60This trailer may use heat from the furnace to heat the underbelly tank area....if so there may not be enough BTU being sent into the living space.Re: Chinese wheel bearings ?there are MILLIONS of rv's ,utility trailers, freight trailers as well as cars and trucks on the road with bearings made in China with no issues at all. No matter where made there will be issues with some percentage. I for one have towed campers over 250,000 miles and never had to replace one bearing....drum....brake shoes or magnet.Re: LT vs ST tires Required ReadingAs I have stated many times....there are MILLIONS of ST tires on the road. You will hear more complaints about ST vs LT on campers because of shear numbers. In towing over 250000 miles only 1 tire failure...a US made GY Marathon and that was after hitting a bad pothole.Re: New Maxxis tires are 2 years old???Per Goodyear and others....as soon as a tire is made it starts to age and the life of a tire is 6 years. Call them up and have them exchanged for current stock
