We are also in So Cal, have the DF300 since 2007 (it's a 2008 model). This is our fourth RV and we're still so in love with it. We've put many miles on it and it's still going strong. It's time to re-upholster the sofas tho if anyone has any great recommendations. Glad you found us too. I was thinking of going to a microfiber material. Anyone have any information on using microfiber for RV upholstery?Re: Automated Safety Hitch OwnersI think this looks very interesting and would probably solve the OP problem. http://fifthwheelst.com/automated-safety-hitch-system.htmlRe: Domani DT3000 Durb wrote: Yes, we have the side kitchen with rear couch. 24 nights so far and over 3,000 miles; really enjoying it. Stephan and Martin, I would be interested in how your first trips went. I had some towing set up problems that I needed to address to reduce chucking. Perfect now. Kevin, that is a Badazz bumper pull. I'll bet you are the center of attention at the CG. Good luck with your ambitious mods. So what did you do about the chucking?Re: Domani DT3000Durb, Thanks for the post. It sounds like you have the side kitchen, right? Stefan and I both have the rear kitchen and the same light switch question. Still don't know what it does. Did find out how to open the ceiling lights and replace the bulb with bulbs from Home Depot, sweet.
