We don't take it with us all the time and like to keep it in the house when we are not using it. It is approximately 23" X 23"round. A square box is to big and bulky. The best think I can come up with is an extra large laundry bag.Re: Place for an extra spare tireThis is how I mounted my spare tire underneath the frame. https://www.rv.net/forum/index.cfm/fuseaction/thread/tid/27825025/gotomsg/27825128.cfm#27825128Re: Setting up Equalizer HitchDid you plug those numbers into the equalizer calculator? http://www.equalizerhitch.com/About%20Equal-i-zer/shanksizes.phpRe: On the road with a Keurig Coffee MakerI use heavy duty Velcro tape from Lowes.Re: Tongue WeightI bought it from etrailer.com. http://www.etrailer.com/Tools/Sherline/5780.html. I have an equalizer hitch and I just purchased a Sherline tongue scale. All I have to do is remove the 2 nuts from the threaded rod u bolt that goes through the rim and slide it off to the side and it drops down. I made the u bolt that goes through the tire rim out of 1/4" threaded rod and I bent it to my specifications. Keeping the tire on the rear bumper was not an option. It was taking up valuable real estate. I could not find anyone that made a bracket for my situation. I understand it will be a little inconvenient getting at the tire when I have to. I am very happy with my solution.Under Trailer Spare Tire BracketI recently move my spare tire from the rear bumper to under the front of the trailer because it was in the way of the bike rack and travel tray. I used unistrut which I purchased at home depot in the electrical section. I had to keep the unistrut close together as possible so there would be room to get the tire on the rack. I think most trailers have the room under the front to accomplish this.
