Also, I noticed that there is a Correct Track II being advertised, so the "Correct Track" may, in fact, be discontinued in favor of the "II" model. It's also still available in their online store. Lyle I thought it was odd too. I just called them again today and they said that it has been discontinued and there is no replacement for it.Re: Fifth Wheel Riding Nose HighI cannot go with a slider hitch due to my Ramboxes. Bed rails have about 7.5 inches of clearance. Have not weighed the pin yet but would estimate it to be just shy of 2,000lbs. Truck is pretty level, squats about 1.5 inches.Re: Fifth Wheel Riding Nose High rhagfo wrote: laknox wrote: Add a Correct Track suspension alignment system, and you'll gain 2" on the FW, leaving you 1" nose high. FWIW, I towed 2-3"nose high for 13 years, and never had a tire wear or fridge issue. Lyle X2 I thought about this system, but LCI says they discontinued it. They did not give me a reason. Has anyone used this Correct Tract? How was the install process?Re: Fifth Wheel Riding Nose High RollandB wrote: Just making sure on this, can the pinbox be adjusted? Ours was a bit nose high, I lowered the nose by raising the pinbox up from the middle setting to the highest. The results lowered the nose to be almost perfect level. It can, but not any further down. Due to the setup of my truck, I had to install a Reese Sidewinder. Lowering that any further will not allow it to operate properly.Fifth Wheel Riding Nose HighSo I know this subject has been discussed a lot but I am looking for feedback on this. My 2019 Keystone Cougar 32BHS is riding nose high when towed with my 2017 Ram 2500 6.4. I only have the 17 inch rims on my truck with no lifts and the adjustments on my hitch are maxed out. I measured the frame of my fifth wheel to the ground on both the back and the front of the camper. About 24" in front and 18.5" in the back. 5.5" difference so roughly 3" nose high? Everything seems to be riding fine and after about 1,200 miles of towing I am note seeing any uneven tire wear. I cannot do an axle flip as the axle is already below the leaf springs. Is this amount of nose high going to cause me a problem down the road or is this okay to run as is? All suggestions would be appreciated.
