I'm a bit late to this thread, but you would be very happy either one. Outdoors RV is owned my Ron Nash and he (IMHO) is one of the best in the business. He knows how to make a quality product and has always provided great customer service. My wife and I looked at a Creek Side 23rks (being detailed for delivery) this weekend and really liked it. Timber Ridge usually makes a similar floor plan and will be a bit nicer, heavier and cost more. It's all about choices. The dealer we talked to yesterday said that they can't get the ORV products fast enough and we would have to special order to get one by end of summer. The same with Arctic Fox. My wife and I are in the same position as you. We love our Casita, but we need more space and want the ability to camp in cold weather. We are looking very closely at the Nash 23F and 24M. The 24M is nearly identical to the 23F, but is slightly longer and has a slide. We also like the 23D. We have done a lot of shopping around and we like the Northwood products. Arctic Fox is a terrific product, however they are heavy and pricy. Unless you look at the 22H and G, a 3/4 tow vehicle is needed for a comfortable towing experience!
