We have the Spledide stackable and they works fine, the only complaint we have is the dryer is very loud (motor or belt), I don't know if this is common, or ours has an issue. Ours is located in the living area where most units are in the bedroom so we can not close the door to lessen the noise. We carry cones and I have used them several times at my wife's request (HWHL). It seems like CW would have a check list when they receive a new unit from the factory, but that would be to much like thinking. Is this a job you can trust with CW or will you have to go to the factory for a fix.
