Has anyone traveled this road lately in a PU Camper or small trailer? we have a 2019 Ram 3500 DRW with a Arctic Fox 1150 Truck Camper and flat tow a Jeep Wrangler. I have a 2019 AF1150 and don't see any charging of the house batteries while driving, is this OEM or do I need to check for fuse/other issues? I didn't notice the lack of charging until we recently started boondocking and moving every other day. Our battery bank was always at 100% given we have 340W solar and (3) 100 AH Lithium batteries and didn't use much power. But, I love our new Starlink, the wife likes the espresso and heater in the cooler months, so the inverter that runs all of that 24/7 is now drawing enough power and identified the problem during relocation trips. Appreciate any help. Its not a huge deal as the solar normally brings all back up, but it would be nice if the rig would charge while driving.1.8KViews0likes6CommentsWest Yellowstone, Livingston, and Cody Route Advise
Sorry if this is something posted elsewhere, but my searches resulted in nothing significant. Taking family from Boise to Livingston Mt, then to Cody WY, with a return to Boise. We have a 2015 Heartland Bighorn (41') 5'er being drug by a 2012 Ram 3500 and looking for the best route from W Yellowstone to Livingston KOA in Mt, and from Cody KOA in WY, then back to West Yellowstone's Grizzly RV Park. Livingston - Currently planning on going thru West Yellowstone via US-20, then North on US-191 to Livingston KOA. Cody - Currently have no return route planned. We will be heading to Grizzly RV Park in West Yellowstone. Any and all advise or past experiences with routes or places we are staying at would be greatly appreciated!
