No excuse for being rude, but he may have done you a favor. With such an attitude the information he provided is suspect anyway. You now can read read the manuals and find out how to do things correctly without doing harm to your equipment or yourself, you can also review the warranty information provide by the OEM and know where to find their contact numbers. Yes complain to the dealer and let them know how you feel. It is going to be very hot and humid any tour in one of the open double decker red busses will melt you so chose carefully. Avoid the Katrina tours we are over it and you should be too. Swamp tours are ok but it is a swamp which is stagnet water and hot this time of the year. This park is in the middle of everything. National World WarII Museum. Hard to find, they have a exchange program if you have the life time warranty, you may want to give them a call. Did you do the math to compute the correct drop?
