I just replaced the old Sensar antenna with a new Sensar IV It was only $20 more than just buying the wingman I also added the Sensar Pro digital meter Nice thing about the meter is i can turn the antenna and watch for the strongest signal I checked the signal with the old antenna and the new one. I received 38 channels on both The real test will be when boondocking to see if the money was well spent but so far it wasn't an improvement524Views0likes0CommentsRe: Dog Attack
Ah yes toedtoes, People think they have all the answers and don't realize what they are saying or don't even know the situation. just like keyboard warriors saying cruel things since they aren't face to face with you about your large mean dog. My dobie was 12 years old and other than walking a bit funny he liked to go sit in the park everyday. A lady comes up to me and says, EZ, it's time. Uh, time for what? Time to put him down. I like these stories where there are "pitbull looking dogs" and "large" dogs therefore they are all mean But my little fluffy wouldn't hurt a fly Wonder if this story would be different if it were 2 small dogs that attacked my large dog. And yes it's happened with my doberman when I used to take him to the dog park. All the little dogs would go up and nip at his legs and harass him. Dog owners thought it was funny. Not sure what I would do if i couldn't have some sort of camp fire whether it be in the woods or a high end resort or a casino parking lot. Are they like these? Mine were breaking off the plastic tips basement latch Yes, pain in the butt. Mine had the screws on the backside of the door to attach to the latch and they were like a one time self drilled screw and I had to use vise grips to unscrew them. I had to take apart the door skin on the back to get the linkage rods to connect I don't slam the door shut anymore lol486Views0likes0CommentsRe: How long is too long to be extended
I thought of modifying the trailer and know someone who could do it I hate cutting up a perfectly good trailer lol. Not sure what would happen if an accident occurred and the insurance company found the modification though I was wondering if there was a calculation for the length vs tongue weight. Maybe I'm over thinking this. If the receiver is rated for 500# tongue then a standard hitch with my 400# tongue weight would be 400# If I extend it 12" do I still have 400# at the receiver or might it be 500# now?972Views0likes0CommentsRe: How long is too long to be extended
I want the multi hitch for the truck since I use both the 2" and 2 5/16" ball. Just wondering if I could use it in addition to my other hitch to extend further on the rv. I have hit the ladder on the back of the rv. I have had the top front edge of the trailer come very close to hitting the rv It doesn't take much of an angle when pulling out of a site onto the road to get the trailer too close for comfort975Views0likes0Comments
