Do they guarantee to buy it for the appraised value if the dealer won't and if you later find a higher sales price, do they pay you the difference? They are likely no better than within 20% which is just as easy to figure out looking at the for-sale ads. Exactly who in their right mind would give anyone $30 just to have a mythological number thrown at them...kudos to the people throwing out those numbers for thinking of such a scam...anyone can give you a meaningless number :S The person that runs the page is a dealer and pulls the values from recent wholesale auctions and dealer guides. He knows his stuff and has helped the page followers get top dollar for used units on trade or save thousands when buying used units.Re: Everchill refrigerator SoundGuy wrote: keyspirate wrote: Anyone have a 12 volt Everchill compressor refrigerator? How do you like it? How much power does it draw. And any other input. Which model? This one is rated to draw 11 amps @ 12 vdc. Looks like the manufacturer reported it draws 8-9 amps at startup and until temp is reached. Drops to 3 amps to maintain. I dont know enough about 12v batteries to know how long the normal RV battery could power one off grid. My 12v fridges have always been plugged into the truck while driving and have run overnight without killing the battery or triggering the low voltage shutoff.Re: Everchill refrigeratorIm interested in seeing people’s experiences with these as well. Ive owned a few different portable fridges (Engel,Norcold and Indel B) with 12volt compressors and theyve worked amazingly well.Ive seen the Everchills in new RVs but owner feed back and reviews have been minimalRe: Hello, Question on Radiance TrailersWe have a Shadow Cruiser that is a sister brand to Radiance and is built the same but with less features(no king bed, no electric jacks,no solid surface counter). Had a few warranty issues initially that were easily handled. Fit/finish and quality seems as good or better than the competition such as Grand Design, Jayco,Rockwood. Some friends liked our Shadow Cruiser enough that they bought one was well. The Cruiser line seems to be a good bang for the buckRe: Anyone have a Radiance 28QD by cruiser RVFriends of ours have the Shadow Cruiser version of this floor plan and after 9 months have had no issues. We have a different Shadow Cruiser and have had issues but noting major. I’d suggest checking the factory caulk job on the roof. I found ours to be lacking around the shower skylight. The second thing is check the wheel bearings sooner than later. I didnt dig into mine until the 2 year old mark(approx 3k miles towed) and found the factory grease job to be lacking and a couple of bearings were starting to show moderate to severe wear. The preload was also nonexistent.Re: Seeking advice for upgrading sinksIm considering swapping my kitchen sink as well. The newer models of my trailer have a large farm style where I have a 2 basin. It looks like etrailer sells the farm style and should be a drop in.Re: Australian style TTs now available in the US -- big news! The Black Series are Australian in design only. Fully engineered and built in China then shipped to California for final assembly and sale. Expedition Portal has some good hands on reviews from owners that are mixed but mostly mediocre to poor. The Black Series seems to be appearance with no substance.Re: Comparing Two Travel Trailers rvshrinker wrote: 30 gal grey is not a serious camper in my opinion. This x1000000..Knowing what we know now having only a 30gal gray tank we wont consider any floor plan with less than 60gal of gray capacity. That’s enough to get us thr a long weekend with no hookup.Re: Comparing Two Travel TrailersThe Imagine looks like a better floor plan. More counter space in the kitchen, shower pan instead of a tub and I prefer the head on TV viewing position instead of the angled one. The Grand Design also has much bigger tanks. I’d love to have 76 gallons of grey water tank instead of my current 30.Re: 2014 Sequoia Brake Controller RecommendationSimilar to the Spetrum is the Redarc. Smaller, less intrusive knob. Im considering replacing my P2 with the Redarc.
