Use a real propane shop and it should be easy. CanyonRe: Tank treatment that can restore sensor accuracy?DING, ding, ding.........we have a correct answer. Unless one is willing to invest in exterior sensors, such as See Level, this is the best option. RichH 2oldman wrote: I have a feeling anything that would make your sensors work would be something you'd have to do on a consistent basis. Spend enough time in your coach and you won't need them. You'll get a pretty good idea of how long you can go. Re: What food can I bring ...I've been going to Rocky Point for over 30 years and I have never had any problem with any food items. I cross at Lukeville/Sonoyta and used to stop in Sonoyta to replenish the booze stock. As for the earlier question as to why anyone would bring food, I bring what I like and eat what I bring. Having said that I also eat a lot of meals from the palapa restaurants and food carts. Excellent food at remarkable prices.Re: Anybody else have bad issues with RV Value Mart?If it is close enough go and look at it. If you still like it offfer $4K and work from there. Retail, according to NADA, is $5750. Be sure to inspect the roof and look for any water damage. RichHRe: When a redneck wins the lottery.... Have your bills go electronic with auto pay. You are not the first people to retire to AZ from NY. RichHRe: FOB keys and theft deltabravo wrote: Someday we will all need a faraday bag to store our tin-foil hat Ain't that the truth. The signal sent by fobs is actually encoded computer data that is actually encoded. The radio signal is nothing but a carrier. This type of story was often told in regards to garage door openers. Something about a code grabber stealing the transmission and recording it for future use. I'm not saying they don't exist, at some level, but in over 25 years as a garage door contractor I never saw one. And believe me, I looked. While it may be worth the cost of R&D for such a device to steal a million dollar plus motor home or a high end sports car,the thieves that would steal a normal car or trailer will use much cruder methods to achieve their goal. RichHRe: Safety in Puerto PenascoWas just there, at Playa Bonita RV Park, from Oct 15-24 and had absolutely no issues. Border crossing was as easy as usual. Virtually all restaurants, we only ate outdoors, require everyone to wear masks. Only place I felt uncomfortable was the Malecon where most of the vendors didn't wear masks and we avoided after finding that out. BTW There are parking meters all along the Malecon now. I would not hesitate to return if they keep taking the pandemic as seriously as they are now. RichHRe: Mexico Closes Border Until Nov. 21, 2020Crossed at Lukeville with no problems Thursday, October 15, going to Puerto PeƱasco. Will be here til Friday, October 23. RV park had many arrivals Friday. RichHRe: Awning Fabric ReplacementI bought mine HERE RichH
