The parts have been redesigned and appear cheaper than the old ones but they are Dometic direct replacements. I think I paid $34.00 total.Re: Just checking in to say hellodedmiston, Hello again, long time. A little insight on mule Vs donkey. Donkey is also know as a burro. A donkey is a domesticated burro. Both are identified by a black cross on the spine and across the shoulders. This is said to be to honor the donkey providing Jesus a ride during the crucifixion. Mules are much larger than donkeys and are hybrids. They are a mix of a horse and donkey. They have no cross on their backs and are sterile. You most likely saw burros. Enjoy your summer, HapRe: Weekend Warrior ft4005I got it and have sent you more information. Good luck, HapRe: Weekend Warrior ft4005Dedmiston, it’s hard to copy these documents. First I have to unroll the Scholl and then try and flatten them to make copies.Re: Weekend Warrior ft4005Window man, sorry I haven’t gotten your email. Please insure you use the numbers 04, a lot of folks use an “o” (oh). hap04@msn.com.Re: Weekend Warrior ft4005Here is a photo of the cover and index page for what Weekend Warrior called a manual. I post this because numerous people have searched for a manual and their often told that only the appliance manuals exist. While this manualinformation is severely limited it is what came with the units. I have attached a sample section for Electrical so you can see the type of information included. If you see a topic you would like a copy of please e-mail me at hap04@msn.com as I don’t check this site’s PM very often. Hap Re: Weekend Warrior ft4005We have our original WW (2005) and it came with the blue plastic folder others have described. In it was information on each sub-appliance, also as described here by others. However, our’s had included a very basic manual (I believe it was paper cover and light blue). It only covered basic maintenance and I don’t recall the exact topics covered. My unit is currently 30 miles from our house in storage. I will look for it the next time I’m in town. In addition, I believe I have two generic sales brochures that show all models from that year and some specs. I grabbed these as I always try and obtain as much documentation as I can when purchasing a vehicle. You can pm and stay in touch. HapRe: Rear Deck System Worth It?Wow! Back to the personal attacks. I recall when this site had a lot of users and the information exchange was fun and helpful. Then for a period of time it seemed like every other post was some kind of argument. I noticed a significant drop in active posters. Today it seems like we're a shadow of our former group. I post and comment rarely anymore because of the negative feedback. I still follow the site but don't feel the pride and sense of sharing that was once here. To the original post, I built my own cable system for my 2006 WW and have never regretted it. When the time is right we use it. When its not appropriate we don't. Doesn't seem like rocket science to me. When I want it I'm glade its there. Decide for yourself and don't worry about others. You've gotten a lot of feed back from both sides so I hope it has helped your decision making. HapRe: Fresh Water Tanks- Weekend WarriorHeks, First of all welcome to the site. Don't take any **** from anyone here. This is a fun and highly informational site. As a longtime member I've received a lot of support when I needed technical or the insights from experienced members. This has helped me out of some really troubling situations. I also asked for campground information and places to check out when travelling. Hope you enjoy your time and experience here. HapRe: Watcha working on?After putting off this project for years these events have given me time and the motive to get it done. Time to strip, patch, sand and paint the living room and dining rooms. The wife has picked out a new sofa and chairs. I’ll be re-trimming the windows and putting up the new curtains. I just heard the California stay-at-home order has been extended until May 15th. Somebody at the capital must know my work pace. Take care folks and stay safe. Hap
