I wonder if the insurance company will total your camper or how it can be fixed? Let us know how this turns out pleaseRe: EVER HOT TERMINAL?Thanks to the link posted I found the correct fuse and it was installed and good. I will put a volt meter on the TV plug in the morning and see what I have. May be a trailer problem. Many thanks to ya allRe: 2018 EXPLORER MPG WHILE TOWINGThanks guys. It is what it is. Wish it had a larger fuel tank. Happy Trails ya all2018 EXPLORER MPG WHILE TOWING2018 Ford Explorer 3.5L 6 speed transmission. Not twin turbo model. Our non towing highway mileage is 20. Towing our 3,5oo pound hybrid mileage drops to 11. Our previous tow vehicle, a Kia Sedona, got 14 and had a bigger motor and five speed tranny. Is this all I can expect for mileage? Does'nt help that it has only a 18.5 gallon fuel capacityEVER HOT TERMINAL?First long trip with our new to us 2018 Ford Explorer with factory tow package. I easily installed my Prodigy brake controller. On our first long trip we noticed trailer batteries are not charging while we drive. There is no power on the ever hot terminal on the Explorer. Is there a fuse that needs to be installed? Any clue where it is located and size? Car did not come with a owners book. Thanks muchRe: What do you do with cat at CampgroundsLast year two stray cats camped with us eating hot dogs. Obviously skinney and left behind by their owners. I saw one sleeping in the warm coles in the morning. Very sad. We tried to take them home but they wanted nothing to do with it.Re: Axle ServiceI did my own last year. 4 new bacing plates which include megnets, shoes, springs etc. $400. Easy to install. Drums were good. Just repack bearings. You should be able to buy complete axle asemblies for that price.Re: Tire Replacement QuestionWhen we purchased new tires at Les Schwab they simply did it in the parking lot with a jack. Really easy and fastRe: surge protector and water filtersCongratulatiions on the new rig. May I just say that after nearly 40 years of RVing, including full timing, I have never used or needed a water filter, surge protector, special TP or TP chemicals. A water pressure regulator for sure and a black tank internal flusher. But none of that other stuff.Re: replacing tableHas the table always been a challenge? I am just wondering if the swing arms got bent or just need lubed? We have the same style.
