Everything I can see is that those that use the UTB have been very happy with itSmartBrakeLLCNewish guy here, usually lurking but not active. Anyway, anyone familiar with the SmartBrakeLLC system? So far it's the only one I've found that will run off my F350 integrated Electric Brake Controller. The system seems similar to others with a control box with cable actuator that connects to the brake pedal. It connects to the truck system via the 7 pin trailer connector on the truck. Turn signals still have to be wired in, but their harness is set up so you can add them to the same connector. So far I've only seen it mentioned in 1 RV blog, and then on their website. Not sure if it's that new or ??? Trying to get set up to drag our Wrangler behind with the camper and really like the idea of using the integrated controller. Thx, JRRe: Hallmark K2A couple of pictures of mine 1r4a2879_80_81_82_83 1R4A2777Re: Hallmark K2Site newby here, been lurking for a while. Just picked ours up at the end of Jan. We have it on a '12 F350 diesel. Truck doesn't know its there. Hallmarks are quality TCs, well made, thoughtful layouts. We got 5 nights in on our maiden voyage home to Seattle from their factory outside of Denver. Took the scenic route through southern Utah. Really like the construction, saw temps down to the high teens and had no problems keeping it warm We have a shortbed so we opted for the exterior storage boxes that really gives a greatplace for all the "truck" stuff (fluids, tools, grill, etc).
