That being said - no one has taken a stab at answering questions around ride quality for the Zephyr vs Entegra or say a London Aire. I can appreciate that Prevost are the top of the line chassis option. Also, how can all the non-Prevost options be unsafe? I’m also looking to do ~10k miles / year. Dad, mom, two year old, and another on the way. This would be for traveling around in luxury. Thank you all for the discussion!Re: 2022 Zephyr or Cornerstone - Which Should I Buy?I appreciate all of the insight. Are these updates Prevost models also updated with the latest driver aids in this price range usually? 360 degree cameras? Macerators? Etc?Re: 2022 Zephyr or Cornerstone - Which Should I Buy?Thanks Mr. Mark. I hear you - I just worry I won't find anything I like in my price range used for what you are recommending. Used is certainly cheaper than new, but I'm not finding any $2M+ coaches for $500K now (without them looking horrendous - IMO - nowadays). I get it... Prevost is the best. But does that really mean that all the other stuff out there is ****? I can't imagine for $500-$800K for a new 45' Class A from the "lesser brands" you get garbage?Re: 2022 Zephyr or Cornerstone - Which Should I Buy?Can anyone comment on chassis and ride comfort?Re: 2022 Zephyr or Cornerstone - Which Should I Buy? lryrob9301 wrote: I agree, for that kind of money i would be looking for a used Newell, Marathon, or Liberty coach. Ten times better construction quality and driveability. Used Newells that I'm seeing are in similar category to Prevost... too old, or too expensive. :(Re: 2022 Zephyr or Cornerstone - Which Should I Buy? LouLawrence wrote: Holy Moley! For that kind of cash you could buy a used Prevost that's 10 steps above any of those new plastic coaches! Check it out at Prevost-Stuff or Prevost Community. Don't pay more for 4th best! Not seeing any Prevosts for that price that aren't 15+ years old and either non-slide or very much not my style/taste inside. We aren't full-timers so while I'd LOVE a Prevost I also want a new coach that has the features/amenities of 2022 (not 2007).Re: 2022 Zephyr or Cornerstone - Which Should I Buy?Appreciate all of the comments and insights... Can y'all explain to a dummy like me what the Newmar coaches (in the same price rage - not the King Aire) offer and why they might be better? Looking at new only and absolute price max will be what a Zephyr can be had for (after discount). Trying to keep this apples to apples... otherwise feel free to suggest a Newell Prevost for millions. :pRe: 2022 Zephyr or Cornerstone - Which Should I Buy?Any additional thoughts besides the Aqua Hot?Re: 2022 Zephyr or Cornerstone - Which Should I Buy? hypoxia wrote: When I looked at Cornerstone I saw it has the little 450 Aqua-Hot so I didn't consider it any farther. Why is that? What did you get?Re: 2022 Zephyr or Cornerstone - Which Should I Buy? Ranger Smith wrote: If I were spending that kind of cash I'de be looking at a Newmar with the Comfort Drive System. I have not had a Spartan chassis rig but my PowerGlide rides nicer than any Freightliner Thanks for chiming in Ranger Smith! It's my understanding those are considerably more expensive, no? Also, which Newmar exactly do you recommend and why? Thanks!
