They agreed to do this. I received a box today with the parts in it. Unfortunately, the new air bags, t-fittings, and air lines are bigger that the OEM. Also, AirSafe did not send air lines to reach between the T-fittings on the center of each tower to the Schrader valve in the center of the hitch. They did not send a new Schrader valve assembly or a T-fitting to connect the new larger air lines to. So right now, I can replace the air bags, air lines, and T-fitting up to the center area of the towers. But the T-fittings are too large to accept the OEM air lines. Have a new email to AirSafe. I thought that AirSafe would send everything including the Schrader valve but they did not. Waiting to see what they do next.Re: Sailun Tires ?I have a 2018 Cyclone with the Sailun tires. I have not had a chance to haul it to the scales due to a problem with our AirSafe hitch. I run the max of 110 psi cold in each tire. I have always run max pressure on the tires in the RV's we have had. Some run less some run the same. I have a TPMS and watch the tires while on the road. I have three axles and seven tires (counting the spare). I would like to know the load on each of the tires.Re: AirSafe 25K hitch problemI changed one of the fittings on the rear pass side air bag. Used PVC tape to seal it, pushed the new hose all the way in and then tested with Windex to find a leak. No leak there but somewhere there is one. Will check all of the other suggestions. Thanks!AirSafe 25K hitch problemWe have an AirSafe 25K hitch which we purchased almost a year ago. We purchased the Ford conversion system to allow the use of the F-450 puck system. The problem that we have is the hitch will not hold air pressure. We called the factory and were told how to find any leaks. Using what we were told, we found a leak on one of the air bag connections. We emailed the factory rep and he sent us parts. I installed the parts according to the instructions given me by the factory rep. I filled the system with air to 100 psi. Hitch the trailer to the truck and pull it out of the RV barn where we keep the trailer. Once the trailer is out of the barn and level, the indicators on the side of the shocks show the hitch is in the green area. We unhitch the trailer and open it up to allow it to air out. About an hour later, I looked at the hitch and the shocks, with no weight on them, are back to the bottom of the green area. Spray all of the connections with an LP leak finding solution and no bubbles. Recharge the system with air to 100 psi again. Shocks move to the top of their travel showing the lighter shade of red. Close up the trailer, hitch it to the truck, and back it into the RV barn. Leave it hitched to the truck to see what happens. Less than an hour later, the shocks are no longer in the green area. Spray all of the connections again, some of which are really hard to reach and no bubbles. Ideas? Air bag(s) leaking? I know somewhere there is a leak but where and what to do is the question.Cyclone 4005 QuestionsWe are in the process of purchasing a 2018 Cyclone TH and would like to know what others have done with some of these issues: 1. Where do you put your toilet paper hanger/device in the master bathroom. The factory did not provide one. 2. Where do you hang your wet towels in the master bathroom? 3. Have you mounted a hand towel rack anywhere around the sink? 4. We are having the fan changed in the master bathroom to a Fantastic fan. What have others done? 5. Where do you store your sewer hose? Thinking of mounting Schedule 40 PVC 4" pipe under frame to house these. 6. Do you carry the rest of the sewer fittings in a container inside the storage compartment? 7. It is big.Residential RefrigeratorsWe are looking at a toy hauler which has a residential refrigerator powered by an inverter. The salespeople, their supervisor, and so on say that you can run the refrigerator on one battery using the inverter for 8-10 hours. What is your experience? I think that even with two batteries you would be pushing things. I know that the refrigerator would not be running all of the time, but it would still consume power even when the compressor isn't running. Also, the refrigerator would not be accessed that much when on the road. Wondering if this is a deal breaker. I am told that a lot of the manufacturers are going to the residential refrigerators due to cost.Re: Generator suggestionsThis is based on my experience with hurricanes and other storms. If you would like to do it right the first time, then purchase a whole house gen set. This would include an automatic transfer switch, gen set, and which ever fuel you would like to use. I have a Kohler 35K natural gas unit for our house. The engine turns at 1800 rpm. This does two things, lowers gas consumption and prolongs engine life. Based on the fact that you lose power regularly and you are out in the heat of Texas, I suggest you go with the full house unit. That way if you are gone and the power fails, you won't run the risk of coming home to a refrigerator full of ruined food, etc. You won't have to run to town to purchase fuel and oil. Most home gen sets run about 100 hrs between oil changed. Look at the literature with the small portable units and you see main between 24 and 40 hrs between oil changes. If you go the home gen set route, purchase one that will run everything. You want one that turns at 1800 rpm and is liquid cooled. The good think about the home unit is that the ATS (automatic transfer switch) can be programed to the day of the week that you would like to have the unit exercise, whether you transfer the load to the gen set or just run for exercise. Sorry this is so long.Re: Questions on installing second ACThe very first thing that I would do would be to call the manufacturer and ask the following: 1. Is the roof reinforced for a second A/C? 2. Yes to number 1, then is it prewired? 3. Yes to number 2, does it have a thermostat prewire? Where? You will need help to get the unit on the roof. This isn't something that is easy without the right equipment. Forklift works the rest. Hoist is next, and so on. The weight will be off set to one end. Lots of help is best. This is getting to be as silly as the manufacturer's weight wars. Why do we do something like, here is what I use, I have used it X amount of miles with X weight. Here is what it looks like now, here is the maintenance I have done on it, here is what it looks like now. These are the issues I had with it, and on. Would help to make a decision a lot easier.
