If I am out on the lake they are useful to communicate. Accidents happen. I don't want to lose a phone on the lake or any other circumstance. Once I had my phone on my belt in a holster. I was draining the black tank. I bent over to pick up the water hose, my phone popped out of the case, hit the ground one time and bounced directly down the dump pipe. Now I leave the phone in the TV.Re: STILL WAITINGI have had this service several years and never needed it until 2015. I have had to use it twice in '15. Once near home, and once in Wisconsin. Both times was a very positive experience. In Wisconsin, I hit a soft spot on dirt, sunk up to the axle of my TV while hitched to my 28' Airstream. They had to unhitch, and move the TT First, then lift the TV and pull it back to hard ground. I was very grateful for GS road service.Re: Who Would Have Thought?Congratulations! not many can say that. I am also very lucky. We got married on Friday 13th, 1968 and still married. Thank God for finding a partner that will stick beside you for the long haul.Re: Fuel Rants & RavesWho would have ever thought that we could buy gas again for $1.17 (Ethanol) Regular gas yesterday was $1.35 here in Edmond, OK.Re: Jayco or Primetime?I have owned 3 Jaycos. They offer an artic package. If you go Jayco, make sure you have the artic package with the enclosed basement. I don't think any TT is really built to live in some of our states weather. Jayco Jayflight comes with more standard equipment than they used to. My preference is the Eagle. You can buy one 25-30% off the list price. Shop around. Be prepared to eliminate some of the things you normally own that are used very little. Good Luck!Re: greyhawk and redhawk, are they well built?Sldeouts make rving much better. My 2003 Greyhawk never has leaked. Sweep or blow them off, lubricate them and you should be a happy camper. We have had 2 34ft Jayco TTs , a 2006 & a 2012, neither ever leaked. Still kept the Greyhawk, much easier to travel in.Re: Thor Chateau Super CThank you for your info!Re: Thor Chateau Super CI do not have issues with my C, just want a bed besides the overhead bunk.Re: Thor Chateau Super CAm looking for a newer rig. Is a Thor 4 Winds as good quality as a Jayco Greyhawk? I own a 2003 Greyhawk. Just drove 4300 miles to Maine from Oklahoma.Re: Is Jayco Eagle worth the cost vs. Jay Flight? We own our 3rd Jayco product. First was 2006 31BHDS Jayflight. 2nd was Greyhawk 24SS Class C. 2003. Now we have a 298RLDS Eagle Superlight 2012, and the Greyhawk. The Eagle is by far our favorite. Eagle is a lot easier to keep clean. The Eagle is just much nicer, more bells and whistles. Shop around, You can get an Eagle for not much more than a J-flight.
