We looked at the Lance with a Murphy bed, didn't like the "unmade bed" look of the bed when put away, though you do have the front window at all times. The price also caused some hesitation. We love our Mini Lite and the Murphy bed setup. With the bed up and the slide extended there is a huge amount of room for a small trailer. The pass through storage was a major concern for me as well but we found that every bit of our storage stuff from our 24 foot Cougar fit with room to spare. We also think the Mini has the largest kitchen and bath counters available in that size trailer. (Rockwood Mini Lite 2507S) Down side. The bed has to be put up or the slide won't come in. The dining table can be a bit of a hassel to put up or down, we leave ours up. Never thought we would but we really love the outdoor kitchen, heally handy and all the cooking smells and heat stay outside. TinbenderRe: Looking for next travel trailerI'll chime in for the Rockwood Mini Lite as well. We have a 2019, 2507s, look into it I think it will be every thing your looking for though a little heavier.Re: Anybody: highway 42-S from Coquille OregonGoing across there again in a couple of days, granted only a 24 ft travel trailer but the road is very doable, curvey and a little slow but great scenery, If you need a rest stop there is a county park just to the right as you turn onto 42S, lots of room to park and stretch your legs.Re: The latest on Oregon State ParksYep another example of common sense. The virus can only get you between the door and the table, once seated you are perfectly safe so remove your mask and have a great time. ;)Re: The latest on Oregon State ParksStrange things have/are happening in my opinion. Close the rv camping in parks but leave the rest areas along interstates open. Close the hospitals from taking care of the sick and injured but leave the pot shops open for business. Now the latest crazieness heard today, we will reopen the resturants but people will have to wear a mask and tell who they are and where they live in case someone gets sick later. Really, I don't know what you can eat through a mask, maybe soup but I'm pretty sure you would get it in your ears trying to strain it through your mask. Our county in Southern Oregon opened its parks to self contained RV's starting yesterday. No restrooms open, no sales of ice, firewood, etc. maintain social dis--- blady blady bla. Ninty space RV park, 4 RV's pretty easy to maintain all the requirements. We sure enjoyed getting the RV out for a couple of days and not being able to listen to the 6 o'clock doom and gloom show. Great camping and great weather, we all enjoyed the break. TinbenderRe: Trailers with outside kitchenRockwoodRe: Black Tank--Borax?I guess everybody has the method that works best for them. So here is mine, 20 years, and 3 trailers, never a problem. Dump black tank, flush hose with grey tank, hook up black tank flush (last 2 trailers) run for 5 -10 minutes, always suprising to see what comes out after several minutes of clear water. Add 2-3 gallons of water to both tanks, throw in small hand full of Borax or White King D and a small amout of Calgon and drive home. Never had an odor or compaction problem so I ain't changing anything!! Tinbender
