Sold both, but removed the Cooltech harness. Now we have a new coach...and a '13 Wrangler unlimited. I'm hoping the harness will be an easy install...although might have to lengthen the wires as it was originally installed on a 2d.Re: Refrigerator IssuesWe had a similar issue with a Dometic in our '05 Safari Simba. Our issue ended up being frost that had covered the thermostat in the freezer. It corrupted the thermostat and the fridge/freezer would not come on until the frost had melted away. Thermostat replacement was an easy fix...once I figured it out.Re: Onan Generator in Class A possible overheat and overuseHad a similar problem with my '05 Safari Simba with the 5500 Onan. Would run for awhile then stop....30 mins or so off and would restart again. I didn't think about it until we got back from a trip....the shut off coincided with either climbing or descending a long grade. I had a low oil level. Not a lot but apparently enough to trip the low oil sensor and shut it off. Filled the oil back to full and not a problem since.Re: Help with battery issue..Jeep WranglerUsed to tow a 2008 Wrangler. I found a posting that suggested pulling the "IOD fuse" & "M1 brake fuse". Had an earlier model 2008 that needed the key in the ignition to unlock the steering. Pulled that Wrangler over 11,000 miles driving between 5 - 8 hrs a day. Used a Brake Buddy powered through the accessory hot point. Never had a battery problem. We did the same thing a few years ago (RV to Seattle area, fly to Fairbanks and return by cruise ship). $3/day let us plug in to 15amp and save our food. Upon our return we headed east to Yellowstone and So. Dakota.
