I am not real sure why anyone wouldn't do a pull test. Granted I am still new to the fiver club (about 1.5 years with our rig) the few extra seconds totally seems worth it. Hello everyone, I have a Pyle 15" LCD/DVD combo in our toy hauler and I was wondering if I can cut the plug off and wire it directly to a "cigarette" lighter end and plug directly in. I have an inverter but it seems silly to go from 12 volt to 110 volt and then back to 12 volt again. The output on the power supply for the tv says the output is 12 volt 4 amp. I've got a Weber Smokey Mountain and it's great. It's big though, and I think the OP is looking for something smaller. I rarely take my WSM camping due to the size. Great smoker though! I know the Weber Smoky mountain is big, but my link goes to their 14.5 inch model that they released this year. It is just about the size of the Weber Smokey Joe grill just has a body to it. My vote is for a mini drum, I built this a few years back and it goes with us on every trip If you don't have the means to build something like this, my next vote would be for a one of these Weber Smokey Mountain Both are easy to control temps and they produce some serious BBQ Just my .02!187Views0likes0CommentsRe: How much grease?
Like others have said, use a lube plate and that will minimize the mess. I add a little grease to my kingpin and a little to jaws on my Companion before each trip. Then when the trip is over I remove all grease from pin box and hitch. That way it doesn't attract all the dirt and stuff.261Views0likes0Comments
