PULLRITE SLIDER HITCH MAINTENANCE
I currently have a Pullrite 18K ISR installed on my rig. My question is what do you guys use that is effective and safe to remove old material from the way tubes? The way tubes on my hitch are pretty gunky after having massive sand storms pass through my area leaving them with dirt, grime and a thick layer of slimy contaminated WD 40. I know the dimensions of the '16 Fuzion 325 measures 11' I believe. With those of you that have first hand experience, has anyone been able to fit a 2 seated '16 RZR XP1000 or a '16 Yamaha YXZ 1000r in their Fuzion 325 fifth wheel garage? It weighed empty with no water and no fuel. I do not have toys (UTV/ATV) I do not plan to purchase or have. I have a jeep that my wife drives to our local off road area. I am only 5-6 miles from Superstition Mountains and 1/2 hr drive to Glamis. It's only my wife and I and our kids stay behind. I'll be carrying water weight and fuel weight along with whatever we pack (food, water). When I tow it for getaway trips I do so with no water or fuel. Only propane tanks full and whatever food and/or cargo we take which isn't much. When I posted this thread I did make sure the "append signature" box was checked! Truck and Trailer together: 21,540 lbs Truck only: With Hitch attached: 8,060 lbs (GVWR) 11,400 lbs Trailer at rear axles: 10,240 lbs Front GAWR: 5,700 lbs Rear GAWR: 7,000 lbs I wasn't able to get the vendor to weigh my axles individually and/or my hitch weight as well. So this is what I got on my own: Hitch wt: 3,240 lbs Total wt of trailer: 13,480 lbs Is my math right? I weighed myself at a public truck scale in town that told me they weren't able to help me with weighing my hitch weight and axle weights individually. I plan to go to our local CAT scale the next time for comparison. However, with the numbers I was able to get this is what I got for my hitch weight and total trailer weight. Thank you.
