The speed is rather variable, but we've had no problem streaming anything so far (Dish on Demand, Prime, Netflix, Youtube). We are currently on our first trip from home since getting it, and it's working fine on the Washington coast. Now that I'm retired, much more traveling to follow so we'll see how it goes.Re: Well... I see a new trendTime to "Rage Quit" YouTube?Re: onan 4000 fuel filterBe sure to confirm only one fuel filter... I did my research on my Onan 7500, finding that it actually uses two fuel filters. That said they were easy to replace and I'm glad I did it myself. I simply used a pair of channel locks to pinch off the fuel supply. You didn't really say what the reason for the filter replacement was... Just maintenance, or a problem? I was having a problem with the genny running for 10-15 minutes and quitting. After replacing the fuel filters and running a bunch of Seafoam through it, I learned of a problem with the fuel pumps used at the time of production. I replaced the fuel pump for about $25 bucks from Amazon, and it now runs like new.Re: Alternative to MS OfficeI've used Open Office for years.Re: Ideas for carrying/securing open framed generator downtheroad wrote: 2oldman wrote: You may be in luck. Thieves go for the inverter gens, not the big heavy open-frame ones. From my experience....thieves will steal anything they can steal....open frame, inverter type or even one that is old, rusty and inoperable. Heck, I left an old pair of vice grips on the picnic table when I went into town...They were gone when I got back. My experience as well!Re: Hopper without dish or internet...You can just transfer recorded shows over your network from the Hopper to your phone or tablet. No special cable needed. Just set a show or series to be transferred when you set the recording.Re: 50A Power Cable Coming ApartHaha... Mine's been like that for years as well. I couldn't figure out how it got that way. The shrinkage theory works I guess!Re: Windows 10*Re: Windows 10I've used Keepass to store my strong passwords for a couple of years, with my back-up on dropbox. I installed Windows 10 (dual boot with 8.1) this weekend. Don't know if it's related, but now Keepass won't open my database because it's now saved as a kdbx.tmp file rather than just kdbx. Both on my computer and dropbox online. I could sure use all my passwords. Any ideas how to remedy this?Re: Atwood Levelers StickingThis is the reset procedure, I believe... Reset
