The lights and water pump all work fine on battery, are there two igniters for furnace,one for battery and one for electric or oonly one

I have a 99 palamino mustang pop up, my problem is with my furnace it stopped working one weekend when I was using the battery, but the next week I had electricity and the furnace lit right away, on battery it would try to fire up but pilot would not light
