For three weeks I have tried to call and reached no one. I have left me info on their machine but have not received a call back. I have also tried email and their Facebook page with no response. I click on a thread to read it, and get taken back to the index page. It's doing other weird stuff too. That happens when you are not logged in or visiting a forum you are not authorized to view. It should be giving you an error message explaining this but instead it just takes you back to the beginning of all the forums. The mandatory update is full of bugs but we are working them out. If just a constant uphill battle....I too wish we could of stayed with the previous version of the software but was given only three choices, update to the most current software, start over and loose all the past years by going with a different company software or close the site. I was expecting another rant and rave post but was pleasantly surprised! Yes I suppose he could of contacted Northwood before posting his video but even so he was offering constructive criticism in the video. I was really impressed that he even went so far as to offer solutions to prevent the situations that concerned him. He has even handled the feedback well. I would be surprised that given his even temperament that this does not turn out well for him in the end. :)
