Ford 460 already has enough towing capacity. You don't need to make any amendments lift hefty stuff. But keep in mind, this doesn't apply when you got passengers.

Don't need to add back beefed. It will bring nothing. Use towing services like (ritewaytowingnyc.com) instead to get rid of towing problem. I too had a fleetwood bounder 1997 version, tried every thing to increase towing capacity. None worked!
