ScottG Thanks for the information! I'm trying to see if this would make any money or not (maybe that is why no one builds these!) What would you consider a reasonable amount to pay for a 40 foot, individual bay with it's own garage door /24 hr surveillance / fenced area that backs to an interstate? We just got an rv and are having trouble finding a nice place to store it for the winter, and when we don't use it. Does anyone have any information they would like to share? Do you have a place you like/don't like? Why? How big does it need to be? What amenities are necessary? How much is too much to charge, what is value for your money?
