Assuming that combination was effective, for that to work you would have to use one, rinse all residue, and then use the other. Used without rinsing, the two would simply neutralize one another and create a bigger mess. I suspect this appears to work mostly because your washing the carpet a lot to get the residue out. A very commonly suggested internet remedy is a mixture of peroxide, baking soda, and soap. But that creates an short lived oxidizer that (quoting an article that I wrote in 2009) "heavily degrades carpet backing materials. Can cause tissue damage to skin. Particularly dangerous to soft tissue such as eyes, throat, etc."** The truth is that there really is no effective home remedy. And many found on the internet will make the problem worse. Spend a little money (about $20-40) on a quality commercial urine odor removal product specifically engineered to decompose urine. And be sure to follow the directions. If you can afford to discard the soiled materials (especially mouse waste, which can carry diseases), you should. If not, then attempt to remediate.Re: HF Predator mod to parallel DPGBG wrote: What I have tried was to switch the wires as explained in the 3000W Chinese Gensets Info. topic on this site. I do that and I get 20 volts across the two outputs. I also read that if you get 0 to 50ish volts to switch a set of leads. I didn't try this and I'm not 100% clear on which two leads to switch?? The AVR is holding the voltage down. What is happening is explained here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zSpkvS3ha1QRe: Show your mods!! popeye59 wrote: I have one of those gas gauges on my gas cooker tank at home. Found it to be less than accurate and wasn't going to waste more money buying on for the RV. Sure wish they made one that was accurate. Just for reference, such an animal can't exist. Unlike compressed gasses (scuba, welding) where the pressure falls constantly during use, propane in the tank is a liquid that vaporizes at just below 110psi (@70deg). When you open the valve, the gas escapes, the pressure drops, more liquid propane evaporates, and so on. This continues until the tank is empty. It also means that the non-liquid space (gaseous propane) in the tank stays at approximately 110psi until ALL the liquid is used up, which is just minutes away from flame out.Re: Show your mods!!Search the homebrew forums. You can make a much nicer kegerator much cheaper than the store bought ones. I have a full size that holds 6 five gallon kegs. Unfortunately, it's not in the HTT. 5L kegs would work well in the camper refer; Another thing people often forget is that beer does not have to be stored cold (just not hot), you can chill it right before you serve it. This lends itself to camping because you can just build a jockey box like this; http://www.homebrewtalk.com/f51/nano-jockey-box-176942/
