For anyone else reading this post this happened to me and after replacing several pieces of the system it ended up being a bad valve on the tank. An unrepairable piece and had to buy new tank. I bought both new tanks figuring the other was probably not going to be far behind it. No problems since.Re: triple axle toy hauler taken wrote: familyof3 wrote: Just be sure to check your shackles. I had mine break in half just after 2 years. Didn't expect that but I guess it's normal with a 3rd axle. Good point. Upgrading to HD shackles is cheap piece of mind. You can get the Dexter ones or MorRyde has a kit based on your setup. ^^^^ Great advice - get the Dexter HD shackles and they come with the greasable bolts/bushings.Re: Texas registration for THDon't move to Arizona - have had our TH for 5 years and this year it went DOWN to $456 for the year. Last year it was $537 the year before that, $640 and before that it was up exponentially. Our first year tabs were over $800! The tabs on my 2012 RAM this year were $637.99 Oh yeah, we pay state income taxes too. Enjoy Texas...Re: Cover for Your Toy Hauler sportsman 500 wrote: I am looking at getting a cover for my Raptor. I possibly found a great deal on a Premiere cover. Just looking for info and opinions. How many here have/use a cover? Are they worth the expense? The good the bad? Personally I think they're worth the expense. Just like a boat, haulers that have been covered and not faded bring more money at resale. Plus I feel it cuts back on the degradation of the sealers, vinyls and slows the discoloration of some external plastics. The covers can be a pain to put on and storing the cover while it's not on the trailer is a challenge. But if it were easy everyone would do it and I'd have no advantage over the majority when I sell mine down the road :CRe: Cover for my 2011 Raptor 3912 Velocity broccoli2 wrote: Dw and I have been trying to find a cover for our new Fuzion that measures 43". I have been told we have to have it custom made at $20 a foot. That's $860. If anyone knows of a more cost effective cover let us know That's cheap - jump on that. Seriously, we just had one made for our 3905 (40'-8" overall) and it was discounted to $1,100. The previous covers (2 of them) we got from ADCO only lasted a year each in the Arizona sun.Re: KZ camper ownersWe've had our '09 KZ Inferno 3905 for over 3 years and overall it's been great. It's very similar to the pic in "turner66" sig but one foot shorter with two less slideouts. My wife liked his model best but, our 3905 had the highest cargo weight capacity which we fill with a sandrail and quads with the 17+ foot to the first cabinet cargo area. Structurally it's been great and the fit and finish has been pretty solid. I did opt to do an axle flip to bring it level with my 4x4 tow vehicle and it was the best money I've spent on the hauler. I had to fix stupid things like the window valances separating because they were joined with air nails and other very minor things that didn't require warranty work. The absolute worst part of my Inferno are the completely lame cargo floor rings. They are so substandard compared to the rest of the build it blows my mind. I also upgraded from the factory China bombs to Michelin Ribs - $$$$ but worth the peace of mind. Good luck with your decision.
