typically the sensors on most RV's are junk. I had the same issue then I came across these Horst sensors, all you have to do is replace the sensor into the existing hole and everything works like it should from the factory. I replaced my Black and grey sensors, but I haven't yet replaced the fresh water sensors. I use my 5th wheel 95% of the time in the desert, and something to consider is the size of the fresh water and holding tanks. My 5th wheel can hold 150 gallons of fresh water and the black/grey tanks hold 50 gallons each. Most (but not all) Class A's have MUCH smaller tanks which limits how long you can stay before you have togo find a dump station. Just something else to consider...
