You love your trailer and probably have worked out all of the bugs. Enjoy it and save your money. Just a thought.Re: Dolores River RV Park, CO(ever stay here?)We stayed at Priest Gulch campground, as others have posted it is a great place to stay. We used it as a base camp to explore Durango, Telluride and Mesa Verde NP. The owners are amazing people and make your stay very comfortable. Most of there sites are on the river and they offer free fire wood. Most campers in the park return annually to camp there for the summer. They usually receive the same campsite and are allowed by the owners to make them their own. An amazing concept I have not seen anywhere else that I have camped. Make your reservation you won't be disappointed.Re: Colorado?I have a great campground to suggest if you decide on the southwestern portion of the state. Priest Gulch It's a beautiful campground.Re: WInter in So. Cal.Skinner Lake is also a nice campground and the price is right. My parents full time and when they are in the area usually spend a month there. They really enjoy the place.
