Say that you normally set the thermostat at 78 and let the unit cycle off and on. I will set the thermostat at 80 and let the unit run all the time. This way when the air conditioners come on, the air does freeze me and still the RV feels comfortable. You can turn off the #2 compressor at your electric panel. Mine is at the foot of the bed. I do this to operate on 30 amps. I don't understand the noisy issue. Is this in the bed room while sleeping? Both good suggestions...I love the fan running as it drowns out a noisy campground and if you have the AC on at night you won't hardly notice when the AC compressor kicks in with the fan running all the timeRe: toilet seal leakingGet yourself a toilet brush and give it a good cleaning...if that fails then I would just replace it.Re: diesel coach batteriesWhen I was in Corpus Christi last October I went to the local Freightliner dealer and they had a sale on batteries 950 CCS, $69 a piece...this was for my Cummins ISL 400...call around!Re: RE Even new rigs need to be inspected My Winnebago story wildviking wrote: Well I am lucky that my dealer roy robinson is top notch and I am sure they will fix everything even better than it came from the factory . But yes Gbopp I sure will keep you all informed as to the outcome. So far I am just mildly disappointed and lucky for us it has two sets of holding tanks so my vacation time will not have to be spent at home staring at the motorhome LOL. It may take a few visits for them to get it right....It did for me! And some they would not touch that is why I am going to FC this Fall Good Luck!!Re: Hail damageHappened to a friend of mine a few years ago....he has a 2009 Winnebago View...lots of damage and had the roof skin replaced along with the side view mirrors, AC Cover, and windshield wiper arms...oh and the skylight as well. Crazy that the (2) solar panels he had mounted on the roof were not damaged....Re: Difference in Itasca Winnebago and ViewSame MH, just different fabric and color scheme availability...don't make this too difficult...
