I've only ever shut off my propane when travelling in BC just before going on the ferry to Vancouver Island. All propane bottles must be closed and tagged before boarding, never heard of a rule regarding use while on the road.306Views0likes0CommentsRe: Bees in my 5th Wheel
I had the same problem once and my wife is terrified of bees. I waited till late in the evening and the bee activity subsided. Then I gave the interior area of the kingpin a good soaking with wasp and hornet killer. I'm more than pleased with mine. It has more than enough power to pull my 5th wheel up any grade that I've come across in Alberta or BC. Loaded is about 9000 lbs. It has a 4.10 rear end and I get between 11-13 MPG (Imperial). I bought an Outland fire bowl a few years back because of the usual fire bans in the spring here in Alberta. Turned out that we seem to be using it more and more each season. We used to avoid places that didn't allow wood fires, now if we want to go there we go knowing we can still enjoy sitting around the fire in the evening.377Views0likes0Comments
