I found the inner race (the bigger one) was spinning inside the hub. so $150 later I had piece of mind that I would make the trip. So those that haven't done a bearing service, I advise you do ItRe: Does anyone else own the 2012 Attitude FL28AKLG my996duc1 wrote: danojeno wrote: Also, I looked for a PSI rating on the wheel and was unable to find one. I have been running 80PSI. I was looking for the same answer in a post towards the top of this page. I also couldn't find a rating on the rims. I have never found an answer about the max rim psi rating. I run about 75psi cold, figuring it will go up abit once warm. I need to check the psi warm to see what they are when warmed up. _ its funny because my sticker on the side of mine says 65 psi to fill the tires. I have always been under the impression that you want to keep them topped off to prevent blowouts. How many miles do you think were on the tires when they blew?Re: Does anyone else own the 2012 Attitude FL28AKLG stellar714 wrote: adams92207 wrote: anybody have any issues with their ladder brackets. the top bracket of my ladder just pulled out like the bolt was stripped. Mine is drilled all the way through the trailer and bolted from the inside Interesting, I wonder if that was an afterthought due to a design flaw? I have nothing on the inside wall. Is it a bolt with a big washer to keep from pulling through or what? ThanksRe: Does anyone else own the 2012 Attitude FL28AKLG my996duc1 wrote: My propane line splits and T's under the propane tank storage. The one side of the T has a cap on it. Anyone know what the line with the cap is intended for ?? Anyone replace the cap with a quick disconnect/valve and have a soft line for a grill ?? I've been to Camping World and El Toro RV to look for a setup to replace the cap with a valve/quick disconnect so I can run a soft/rubber line to a grill. Both places have told me this will not work and try to sell me a $80 T with a line that connects up at the tank.... I did see this and intended to tap into it with a quarter turn valve. had one on my previous trailer and it worked fine.Re: Does anyone else own the 2012 Attitude FL28AKLGanybody have any issues with their ladder brackets. the top bracket of my ladder just pulled out like the bolt was stripped.Re: Does anyone else own the 2012 Attitude FL28AKLG stellar714 wrote: tom cav wrote: hope you wont have any tire overloading problems, just watch your loading weights ,where do you ride? Most of the time ocotillo and lucerne valley. where did you have your axles flipped ? .I was quoted $400. I bought axel flip kits made by dexter who manufacturers the axel. Purchased them at MCT trailers a local trailer shop in ventura,ca and installed them myself. It cost me $100 bucks and took me the better part of a day without any help. If you have welding experience you can buy new spring perches and weld them on the top of the axel. Another note, there are two different height holes on the leaf spring hangers and when I did the flip I also moved to the other hole as to not raise it to max height because I only needed a few inches. I am within .5 inches of level front to back when hitched up.Re: Does anyone else own the 2012 Attitude FL28AKLG stellar714 wrote: Bakersfield wrote: stellar714 wrote: Thanks. my trailer is at eclipse I will call them on monday Did they get your trailer fixed and are you happy with the results? I havent picked up my trailer yet. I'm having them do that extra Kitchen cupboard over the frigerator. And the kitchen drawer That does not open. They are making it into a useful drawer They had to order the door above the refrigerator. I pick it up this friday and drop it off at richardsons rv to have my axles Flipped. And pick it back up saturday. So far chris at eclipse has been very helpful RICHARDSONS, NOOOOOOOO!!!! I bought mine there and will never go back. They mis ordered it and their salesman admitted to messing it up and they wouldnt help me and said I signed the purchase order so I was stuck with it. Then when I finally took delivery of it I checked the tires and they were at 60 psi so I asked them to fill them a bit and they couldnt find an air chuck to fill them. Bottom line is I will never trust richardsons rv to purchase or touch anything I own again. The owners a jerk too. Sorry, had to vent.Re: Does anyone else own the 2012 Attitude FL28AKLG danojeno wrote: adams92207 wrote: One more thing to check is where the dump hose stores. the tube goes right under the sink and the cap on the end of mine was not even glued into the pipe. I dont use it for that dump hose but for those that do be aware that it comes in right under your sink and may leak all of that goodness into the living space. That's good to know. Sounds like many of us have had the same issues. I was impressed with the factory's quick turnaround time on mine...2 days on a pretty long list. That's also about how long I think it is going to take me to sort through and reconfigure the wiring in the battery compartment...Nice lack of grommets in several locations looks like a recipe for a short. Other wires dangling and hastily bundled look suspect as well. 2 days? Mine has been at barber rv in ventura for almost three weeks trying to get parts and repairs completed. they are having to fight tooth and nail to get warranty things accomplished. I just hope its done by next weekend. I have even had to make phone calls to eclipse to talk with them and remind them what they told me. I wish I lived closer to riverside...oh wait, no I dont. :)Re: Does anyone else own the 2012 Attitude FL28AKLGOne more thing to check is where the dump hose stores. the tube goes right under the sink and the cap on the end of mine was not even glued into the pipe. Mine did not and I was told by eclipse that it would. I am fighting with eclipse to have it put in.
