Check out Cherry Creek State Park. It is on the south side of the metroplex, but a very pretty park. In the middle of town and you will think you are in the country.

We had ours for 5 years before moving to a TS3 and did not have an issue with grease being thrown around. Definitely try a little bit less grease.

We empty tanks when they are full and keep the dump valves closed when not emptying the tanks.

We like TrailerSaver hitches by Hensley. Great hitch and they make an adapter for the Ford system. I agree with the choice of long-bed.
