By the way I solved my no charge problem from the UHG, there are two in line fuses by the Balmer, both were corroded, cleaned the fuse holder and put two new fuses in, one is 1 amp the other 10 amp. now my UHG works fine. BillRe: Hymer Sunlight Van 1 purchaseDo you have your EcoTrek turned on? BillRe: Hymer Sunlight Van 1 purchaseHoosiemark I had Camping World install a regular outlet for my kitchen sink and the cover on it has the hose fitting, I carry a 5 gallon tote and when necessary I hook it up to take care of kitchen grey water. Mine also came with the cheap radio so had another one installed with satellite radio. Thanks for the heads up on the owners group will google that and take a look at it. BillRe: Hymer Sunlight Van 1 purchaseI have the 2017 Sunlight V-1 and really enjoy it. The main problem that I have is the lithium batter and under hood generator. Recently in a move from AZ to TX while driving I had the roof A/C going for the dog and had the refrigerator going, this is while driving and it ran down the lithium batter to 12volts, and now I can't get the power system to turn on to recharge the lithium battery. Other than that, enjoy the V-1, nice driving, fairly economical on fuel. I am contemplating moving the water tank so the drivers seat will swivel completely around. Hope you enjoy yours. Rest area sign.I have a similar problem with my wife's mobility issues and when we travel it can be a long way to the rest room and the handicap toilet may be occupied or out of service so today I traded my beloved 1 ton dualy and fifth wheel in on a class B motorhome so when we are on day trips on long trips we have all the facilities we may need right at hand, and the MPG aren't to bad either. Works for us. BillRe: Monaco Roadmaster ChassisI believe there were a lot of problems with the Roadmaster R4R chassis trailing arms so I suggest you google that chassis so you are very familiar with the necessary safety repairs before buying. BillRe: 86' Chieftain AcquisitionOn the locked up brake check the rubber break line the swell up with age and won't let the fluid go back to the master cylinder there by locking up the brake. I blew two front tires because of this. BillRe: Lippert hydraulic slideouts creeping during travelOn my Wildcat the bedroom slide would creep out, I found solenoid valve top had worked loose, don't know if that is the proper term, mine was located in the lines from the pump, the top is black plastic and I tighten them, clockwise, by hand. Every once in a while it will creep out again while in storage, I run it in all the way then tighten up the valve. When it first happened I emailed Lippert and this is what the tech told me to do.
