When measuring between the tires on each side there is about 3/8 in difference. Some component of the axles, tire mounts or such must be slightly out of parallel. Salesman said no problem. Is that enough to be concerned about?Re: ? Buzzing sound from control panel? Thanks AnEv942. The buzzsound is definitely coming from the original factory installed panel.I'm sure that's the source. Next time I load up the camper I'll see about getting it replaced though I'm not sure what it's role is at this point other than housing 12v fuses and 110 circuit breakerRe: ? Buzzing sound from control panel? Thanks to all for that feedback. I'm sure that's the problem,ie the factory installed converter.the buzz can come on shore power or off line. Since purchase of the TC 2 years ago I had a Xantrex HFS inverter charger and TM 2030 battery monitor installed by a local RV mechanic. ( But I'm not sure he knew what he was doing. "Too many wires " was all he had to say,and was obvious he had never such an upgrade before.(I lost all confidence when I had to rewire the battery disconnect I had him put in)At any rate I'm a retired ER Doc and don't trust electricity,so My question is I guess I should have it repaired/replaced.? Is it a risk? Is my Local RV mechanic or CampWorld RV service center likely to be able to replace/repair? I was kinda hoping the after market Xantrex inverter charger would have somehow bypassed the factory installed converter/charger.? Buzzing sound from control panel?I have 10 y/o Pastime TC. Recently there has been intermittent constant buzzing sound coming from "? Control Panel". This is the mounted panel covering 12 v fuses and 110 circuit breaker.I can't identify triggers and it lasts 5-30 minutes or so before stopping. Inside connections and fuses seem fine. Any ideas?Re: Portable Solar PlanJust for clarification: You mentioned you have 2 6V AGM batteries with 220 ah EACH? Are you saying your System has 440 ah capacity?Re: Charging battery off Yamaha generator ?Thanks for that sound infoCharging battery off Yamaha generator ?I just bought yamaha 2000isV2 generator. It states in the manual if charging a 12 volt battery through the 12 V mode, you should turn off the economy mode, which I guess means the generator is running max.It puts out 8 amps. Would I be better off just plugging the generator 110V into shore power with 15 amp adapter? For now I just have the charger converter that came with the 2008 Pastime Camper( I intend to upgrade in the future)? Charging Electric Bike BatteryThis topic has been moved to another forum. You can read it here: 28962227? Charging Electric Bike BatteryI'm short on Electrical know how and just got E bike with Samsung 36 volt ,14,25 Ah battery. Came with 110V AC charger. Normally takes 4-5 hrs to recharge per their info. When off grid I want to charge from inverter. Would a portable 400 Watt inverter plugged into Cig Lighter in truck be OK? I hope eventually to get solar with adequate inverter for TC.Does this affect charging time? Any good discussions on line? Thanks
