It's the only camper we have now. Unfornutately for many reasons didn't get to use it much this summer. Usually take it to Florida with us towing our car but bought a new car this spring and haven't set it up for towing so this winter the Trail Lite will stay home and the car will take us south. We have a 30 ft TT stored in the RV park we go to. Regards, Reno 2003 Trail lite 211s 2011 Chevy Equalnox 2005 TT stored in Fla. Dick & JudyRe: B+ motorhomesHi haven't posted in ages. Just to let all know we still have our 2003 Trail Lite B+ 211 S (on a 2002 chasis) 5.7 chevy. At our age it will probably be our last motor home. Very happy with it. When needed we tow our Saturn Vue behind it. Will be headed for Floida right after Christmas. We have a 30" TT stored down there that is our winter home. Dick & JudyRe: B+ motorhomesJust for the record on the gas mileage thing. Our Trail Lite 211 S avg. approx 12 mpg running solo at speed limits. and about 10 mpg when towing our Saturn Vue. ( not much less than the Conversion Vans we used to have did on mileageRe: B+ motorhomesHappy Jack. A few years ago we had that problem with ck engine light coming on and staying on. Also at same time the Branke light came on and stayed on. We just ignored it and eventually it cleared its self and hasn't come on since. (our garage said every thing was ok with the motor)Re: B+ motorhomesBurl. The trailer is stored in Fla at the RV park we stay at. They move it on and off our site for us. We do drive the Trail Lite to Fla towing our car. Only reason for that is when we leave Fla we go to Myrtle Beach during spring break and meet our kids and grandkids there for a week and then come on home together.Re: B+ motorhomesThanks Burl. Being from New York State we do most of our local camping up in the Adirondack Mtns. or up along the St Lawrence River. Approx a 200 mile trip to either one. Spend our winters in Florida. Should be heading there in about 4 weeks.Re: B+ motorhomesBurl. Nice pic of your 213. Real sharp on the web page. Just wondering where was the pic taken??Re: B+ motorhomesHappy Jack. We have a Trail Lite 211S and we tow our Saturn Vue behind it most of the time. You know its back there but it tows well. Have a Brake Buddy to aid in the stopping. As you mentioned the rear door set up makes it a bit difficult to put the tow bar into the receiver with the fold up steps in the way and when you park you can't leave the tow bars on the MH because of the steps.
