I have connectors on wire pigtails with USB, LED lights and all sorts of 12 volt stuff. I've read several negative comments on the Anderson connector, that they don't stay mated very well without help, such as tape or a zip-tie placed lengthwise. Have you found this to be an issue? Not at all. I like just mating the plugs which allows the connection to easily separate without any harm or installing the provided clip to connect them securely. Dig around on the site and you’ll see lots of options and flexibility.Re: 12 volt ideas for exterior of camper???Anderson Power Pole If you’re not familiar with Anderson Power Pole, take a look at this. The things I specifically like about it is the 81 inch tall radius ceiling (i'm 5 ft 11) so I don't feel cramped, nice finish, large bunks, residential queen, you can walk around the bed since it doesn't go all the way to the wall, theatre seats (its nice to basically have 2 recliners), plenty of storage, and the shower is probably one of the biggest I saw when we were looking. Having a door by the bunks doesn't concern me. To the comment about not having a door to the bedroom, Grand Design addressed that issue in the 2018s and the 2800BH now has 2 doors, one by the bunks and one for the bedroom. Also, in the 2018's the theatre seats have a massage function but I'm not sure how well it works since the 2017 doesn't have that option. Thanks, now I understand about the bedroom access in the earlier response. I hadn't seen anything except the 2018 with two doors.Re: Grand Design question APT wrote: Two cautions I have with that model: Door right next to kids sleeping Access to master bedroom when slide closed Otherwise, I like the design and features of the Imagine line. Some friends have this model and love it. Seems like you could use the grandkids as steps and it wouldn't bother their sleeping. ?? We had some concern abou the bedroom access, but I guess you could always go out and come in the other door. ThanksGrand Design questionWe are considering the purchase of a new Grand Design 2800BH. We are long time and very satisfied Jayco owners, but really love the floor plan and especially the storage of the 2800BH. Curious about real life experiences with Grand Design in general and the 2800BH in particular. TIA DonRe: Top Travel Trailer BrandsWe have a Jayco Eagle 284BHS that we love.
