Doesn't copilot allow you to select road preferences as you mentioned? Try searching in copilot for a campground or any other useful place for that matter. Their developers have not been introduced to the internet yet. I've never been able to search for a destination successfully. I have the same setup on my 2015 Grand Cherokee. The harness was only required on the regular Cherokee, not the Grand. Our has been great. We'll be getting another when this one wears out. The only problem we have is the GPS. The maps are inaccurate, it's hard to search and you can't search while under way. But I don't blame that on Jeep. Can you sing Far, Far, Away? One of the few times I really lost my temper in the campground was when the wannabe country singer was hollering around the campfire at 1AM.
