If you can offer your property as a place to stay it's $20, if you can't accomodate other RV'ers, it's $25. I just looked and there are 41 members in Florida (none in the Keys). While traveling around the US/Canada we've probably stayed on the property of 15 Boondockers Welcome members over the past 2 years, and have always had a wonderful experience.Re: looking for a CG recommendation near Disney WorldTrimble Park in Mt. Dora is a nice Orange County run campground http://www.orangecountyfl.net/CultureParks/Parks.aspx?m=dtlvw&d=40#.VnIb0HarTIURe: Co Pilot POI's along routePoi More categories Other Rv services Not easy to discover the path to the campgrounds!Re: Anastasia SPOne of our favorite places to stay. The Coquina loop is closest to the beach...not that far a trek. It also seems to have the shadiest spots (not that you'd care in February). I always see larger rigs in that loop whenever we visit.Re: Boondocking websiteWe are members. Used it once on our trip last year and had full hookups at a place near town but out in the woods. Owners were just wonderful. They toured us all over, insisted on paying for a lunch, etc etc. We’ve had one couple stay at our place….a driveway or out along the curb setup. But they had water and electricity for 2 days and we shared stories, etc. I highly recommend it.Re: Mail forwarding out of the USAMany boaters use St Brendan's Isle We've used them in the US when traveling and they are great. They offer a variety of options for dealing with your mail and definitely have experience with dealing with international mail.Re: WiFi available, CanadaWe have a Verizon mifi device and we were quoted $30 for the Canada add on. It wasn't for much data. I put it away and used Tim Horton's/McDonald's, as others have suggested, if the Campgrounds WiFi didn't work well. We were at Camping Transit (near Quebec City) in July. There was a ?2/?3 daily fee for internet.Re: Lancaster County, PA AreaWe stayed at Beacon Hill Rv Park last week. Caters to adults. You can walk to the town of Intercourse. It's quiet and a great place to stay.Re: question on cancelling a site on reserve americaAt the Florida state parks I’ve always been asked for my phone number right off. They didn’t seem that interested in my printed reservation sheet. I suggest you call the campground directly and see what can be done that way. I found out that while Reserve America charges a cancellation fee, if you show up and cancel (we cancelled several days of our week reservation recently at Anastasia State Park) then there’s no penalty. At least that was our Florida experience. Also on our recent trip we were chatting with the ranger at a federal campground, and he was telling us about someone who was staying at the campground and needed to leave early. Someone else just happened to walk up right then to ask about open sites….it was all worked out. Of course this has all been in person so might not work in your situation.
