The construction is mostly complete and the roadway is very smooth. Heavy truck traffic but they keep moving which allows me to maintain a smooth 63-65 MPH.Re: RV Park in or close to Seguin, TexasAs one who passes through San Antonio quite often in a DP towing a car, I can share my experience. One of the most congested roadways in the SA area is 1604 between 281 N and I 10 W. I have found that staying on I 10 is both shorter and quicker, especially in heavy traffic times.Re: ExhaustI lost mine too, and those pieces are expensive! To make sure it doesn't happen again, I had a welder friend tack mine onto the tailpipe. So far, so good.Re: Thinking of switching to 4-flat towingWe bought a new, 2010 Pontiac Vibe (the last one made) with 4-speed manual tranny. It's easiest vehicle to tow. Using a Roadmaster All-Terrain (6,000 lb tow rating) we just hook up, connect the lights, put the transmission in neutral and turn the key to half-way between off and accessory and go. We have towed this little jewel over 50,000 miles with no issues. It's also a great everyday driver.Re: Norcold class actionI got my check for 228.90 today with the promise of three more over the next three years. We never expected this to happen and it will just about cover the expenses we have had over the past several years for repair work but is not near enough to replace the Norcold.Re: Fuel gauge not workingI'll be watching for the helpful responses to your post. My HR Ambassador has the same problem.Re: No 50 AMP on shore powerThanks again everyone. I did move to a new location and everything works correctly here. Through this episode I learned something, thanks to you guys.Re: No 50 AMP on shore powerThanks everyone for the answers and suggestions. It does seem that the problem is the wiring at the receptacle. Tomorrow I move to another location with known good 50 amp at the pedestal and I'll know for sure. I've learned a lot from you guys on this site.Re: No 50 AMP on shore powerIt does seem that the problem is the wiring at the receptacle. I'll be moving to a new location tomorrow with good 50 amp at the pedestal and I'll know for sure. Thanks for the responses and suggestions. You guys are good!Re: No 50 AMP on shore powerI am connected through a portable Progressive surge protector which shows correct wiring and 50 amps. Everything works inside the MH but I cannot run both a/c units unless I turn off something (like the water heater). The transfer switch has no problem switching between genset and shore power. Something is just not letting 50 amps through.
